These terms govern purchases from Gusty ProcureTech Hub and from partner stores powered by Gusty ProcureTech Hub. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices are in Ghana cedis and include applicable taxes. The price charged is always the one calculated by our system at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.

An order is confirmed once payment is verified. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Partner stores sell our catalogue at their own prices within limits we set. All payments are received by us, and we fulfil, deliver and support every order.

Sellers earn profit that becomes withdrawable after delivery and the return window. Profit on cancelled or refunded orders is reversed. Withdrawals require approval and are paid only to the seller's verified payout account.

We may suspend stores engaged in misleading pricing, spam or fraud.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law provides otherwise.
